Desktop Wallpaper Can't Change?

Sometimes we can't change our desktop wallpaper when virus affected in our computer. But now any one can solve this problem by using the following formula.

• Open a notepad page
• Copy this code

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\policies\ActiveDesktop]
“NoChangingWallPaper”=dword:00000000"

• Paste this code onto notepad page
• Save the notepad page as "display wallpaper.reg"
• Go to desktop and see, there have an another registry file named display wallpaper.
• Double click on the registry file.
• A small window will come.
• Click on Yes.
• Now change the wallpaper. Problem solved.
